David Brunner, AIA, LEED AP
Dave’s 25 years of professional experience encompasses a range of project work from single-family homes to large-scale multimodal waterfront transportation and urban design planning projects. While working for some of the leading firms in the region, as well as his own design practice, he has developed expertise in multi-family residential, civic and educational buildings, health care facilities, commercial and interiors projects - many of them visible, award-winning projects.
Dave’s high level of involvement in projects ensures first-rate client service and successful project delivery. His genuine, authentic approach is effective in developing a motivated camaraderie within a project team from client to builder. His passion is to create inspiring, functionally livable environments that are uniquely suited for their users, and responsible in their environmental context.
He lives in the Seattle neighborhood of Magnolia with his wife and daughter.
